Since its launch in 2006 Gold Peak Tea has driven growth in the premium, ready to drink tea segment. When Gold Peak brand managers sought to build on the success of their existing 500ml single serve products they engaged Formation to develop a new multi-serve bottle. Formation worked with The Coca-Cola Company to understand and translate Gold Peak’s premium brand attributes into multi-serve packaging solutions. Once a concept was selected, Formation created volumetrically accurate class A CAD geometry which was used to make unit cavity injection blow mold tools. The resulting PET bottles were used in consumer studies.
The Gold Peak bottle incorporates a functional tea leaf grip into an attractive and authentic 59 fl oz carafe style bottle. The multi-serve package is designed for household use and is expected to enhance any meal occasion. New 59 fl oz Gold Peak Chilled Tea is available in supermarkets and through other retailers.
