ULTIMATE ADAS
The fastest and most precise ADAS calibration system available, Ultimate ADAS® combines Hunter's standard-setting alignment technology with an efficient and easy-to-use guided target placement system for around-the-vehicle coverage.
ADAS technology uses sensors, cameras, and radar among other systems to monitor the environment around a vehicle. Based on this, ADAS provides drivers with real-time information and alerts to help them avoid collisions and other potential hazards. It is a given that all new vehicles are equipped with many new technologies. Cameras, sensors and safety components are the basis for many new features and as such these components can get broken or fail. The Ultimate ADAS calibration and alignment system brings together all the tools needed for wheel alignment and static ADAS calibration and this work can be done in the same bay, with the same equipment. *excerpted from the Hunter Engineering website
Ergonomics and workflow were considered to locate all commonly used interface components within reach and minimize the technician travel and although the system is large it has been built to be mobile and can be pushed/pulled to needed locations within the facility.
Critical parts of the system include calibration targets, for the multitude of ADAS equipped vehicles, that need to be easily accessible and mounted to the crossbeam and then easily replaced and stored. A mobile cabinet with storage for wheel-mounted targets provides visual access to the screen to assist with set-up and helps the technician prepare for next steps. The rear tower provides an additional touchscreen interface and handles for system relocation,
